I just made this today for our Mother’s Day Lunch.
Ingredients for one serving:
Frieda’s French Style Crepes
3 teaspoon of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 pcs. Honey Smoked Turkey Breast (Oscar Mayer-Shaved)
1 teaspoon Caesar Salad Dressing
1 Spoon Grape Jelly
1/4 cup of Baby Spinach
6 pcs. Walnuts
6 pcs. Raspberries
Remove one piece of Crepe from the pack & put it on a plate or aluminum foil. Sprinkle the cheese, then place the turkey breast on top of the crepe. Spread the Caesar Salad Dressing first & then the grape jelly on top of the Turkey Breast. Sprinkle the baby spinach, walnuts & raspberries.
Fold the sides of crepe towards the center. Heat this in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or 5 minutes in the oven at 375F.
