I just made this today for our Mother’s Day Lunch.

Ingredients for one serving:
Frieda’s French Style Crepes
3 teaspoon of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 pcs. Honey Smoked Turkey Breast (Oscar Mayer-Shaved)
1 teaspoon Caesar Salad Dressing
1 Spoon Grape Jelly
1/4 cup of Baby Spinach
6 pcs. Walnuts
6 pcs. Raspberries

Remove one piece of Crepe from the pack & put it on a plate or aluminum foil. Sprinkle the cheese, then place the turkey breast on top of the crepe. Spread the Caesar Salad Dressing first & then the grape jelly on top of the Turkey Breast. Sprinkle the baby spinach, walnuts & raspberries.

Fold the sides of crepe towards the center. Heat this in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or 5 minutes in the oven at 375F.

Designing the Nursery, The Concept

Redesigning the office/guest bedroom into a nursery/guest bedroom has been an on & off 5 month project. My concept is to have a contemporary Peter Pan theme. I’m also thinking of balancing the fact that it’s also a guest bedroom. I’ve no intention of making it a literal Peter Pan motif but pick up some  inspiration from the Walt Disney’s Peter Pan pictures below:

My hubby painted the walls & we hired a wallpaper installer to hang the wallpaper we bought from Lowe’s. It’s a Damask print from York Wallcoverings.

I have 4 more weeks to finish this room before the baby comes. It’s really different when you’re designing for yourself & designing for a client.
